On this Valentine's Day, I am delighted to announce that I will be collaborating with Sharon Biddinger, wedding & portrait photographer of Simply Design Studios, as she launches her third annual "A Wedding Story Contest" for California residents.
three strands will work with the winners of this amazing wedding contest, to manage the details of the events leading up to the wedding day. I will provide a full-service wedding package -- valued at $3,000. As a special added bonus, I will also provide a pre-marriage mentoring package -- valued at $500.
Preparation for marriage involves more than detailing a beautiful wedding. My desire is to help the winners establish a good foundation for marriage and provide them with the tools they need to not only exist, but to thrive as a couple.
With that, I part you with this inspirational quote found in Hebrews 10:24 ~

Hello blogosphere world! Today is the first day of the rest of my life. At last, I have conquered the blogging monster! I can finally check off "I want to start blogging one day" from my "25 Random Things About Me". So, why did it take me this long to rev up the boldness to write my first blog post? First of all, I'm not a professional writer, wherefore this first post is kinda scary. You know -- it's like walking into a room full of strangers.
Allow me to introduce myself. Hello again, my friend. My name's Angie. Not Angela. Not Angelina. Not Angelique. Just plain Angie. This is me and my familia:
I am not just a wedding or event planner...I'm also a marriage planner (marriage mentor). Hence, I guess this makes me an uncommon planner.
Welcome to my blog crib. Here at the uncommon planner, you will find random musings on weddings, events, marriage & family, relationships, faith, style, beauty, health & fitness, motivation, inspiration, and all things fabulous. Because I'm a firm believer that sharing is caring, I'll expose you to helpful resources, information, and services. And, hopefully good reading every now and then. At times, I'll be asking random, thought-provoking questions. It's a way for me to get to know people.
Do come back and visit me from time to time. ¡Mi casa es su casa!
xoxo, angie
